Conrad Jacobs is the Managing Director and Industrial Specialist at Affinity-Corp Indianapolis. He has represented the corporate real estate needs of companies throughout the midwest and the continental United States for the past 15 years. He specializes in local, regional, and national “Best in Class” services that include: tenant representation, landlord representation, buyer representation, multi-market corporate services, and site selection on behalf of developers throughout several major markets. He has completed a wide range of assignments and strategic planning projects including site acquisitions, property disposition, investment sales, complex leasing projects, portfolio optimization transactions and ground-up development requirements.
During his real estate career, he has completed many high level and strategic negotiations that have resulted in achieving major cost savings for his clients. He has been a strategic local and regional representative for his clients and new client referrals. He had assembled Best in Class resources and a team to provide complete “end to end” accountability and measurable results for his clients in all major transaction types.
Conrad consistently utilizes proven processes, superior market intelligence, and strong negotiation skills to assist his clients in maximizing their specific real estate goals, securing the absolute best business or deal terms for each transaction type. JORDON HODGES
INDUSTRIAL SPECIALIST
Jordon Hodges has embarked on an exciting transition to the world of corporate real estate, bringing with him a remarkable history from his thriving 15-year career in the Hollywood film industry. As a feature film producer, writer, and Union actor in Los Angeles, Jordon achieved extraordinary success, garnering 27 international awards and securing worldwide distribution for all his cinematic endeavors.
Jordon serves his hometown community of Goshen, IN as Director of Programming for the annual River Bend Film Festival since 2014.
Jordon’s passion for corporate real estate, particularly within the Industrial sector, has driven his career shift, injecting a fresh and creative perspective into the industry. Drawing from his extensive background in filmmaking, he offers a unique blend of skills that include a creative mindset and a deep understanding of marketing strategies, both of which he used to produce two feature films.
Jordon’s focus on brokerage, development, and the implementation of innovative and state-of-the-art technologies in data and marketing. His ability to think outside the box and his commitment to delivering exceptional results makes him a

BILL WELCH
INVESTMENT SPECIALIST
Bill Welch is an Investment Specialist at Affinity-Corp
Indianapolis. With a background in Private Equity and Capital Markets, he has participated in over $400M in transactions across Real Estate, Business Servies (roofing, HVAC / plumbing, pool
service), Consumer Products, Retail, and Insurance. He specializes in valuation, modeling, due diligence and deal execution, helping our clients evaluate the impact a real estate transaction has on their business. His diverse experience is a real asset to the
Affinity-Corp team and our clients.
Prior to joining Affinity-Corp, Bill was an Operating Advisor focusing on add-on acquisitions with Atlantic Street Capital, a middle market private equity group with offices in New York and West Palm Beach. Preceding that, he was Director of Corporate
Development at Bone Dry Roofing, one of the largest privately owned roofing companies in the US, where he launched the
in-house Corp Dev / Acquisition function. He held a similar
position at E&A Companies, a private investment firm based in Indianapolis.
Bill started his career with Ernst & Young’s Financial Services
Advisory group in New York City. He graduated with a B.A. in
Economics from the College of William & Mary.
